Donepezil hydrochloride (ARICEPT EVESS®) tablets are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of:
– mild, moderate, and severe Alzheimer’s disease
– vascular dementia (dementia associated with cerebrovascular disease)
– dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB)
